Innovate, Educate, Collaborate - What Procurex England 2025 Meant to Us
There’s something energising about being part of a room full of people all working toward better public outcomes and that’s exactly what Procurex England 2025 delivered. Held at Liverpool’s Exhibition Centre, on the 21st of May, the event brought together councils, procurement leads, housing associations, and framework coordinators for a focused conversation on how to make public procurement smarter, faster, and more transparent while exploring new opportunities in public procurement and contributing to knowledge exchange across the sector.
On behalf of Dynamic X team, our Chief Growth Officer Mahesh Dilhan and our Head of Strategic Relations Dilshan Basnayake participated, and it was a real milestone for us as we represented the event as an approved Crown Commercial Service Supplier.
This event allowed us to speak directly with the people shaping frameworks and funding decisions, particularly in housing, regeneration, and placemaking. We weren’t just there to showcase what we can do, we were there to listen, collaborate, and explore how our visualisation tools can add a value at every stage of public sector delivery.

It’s clear that visualisation is no longer a ‘nice to have’ it’s becoming central to how the public sector plans, presents, and procures.
As our CGO, Mahesh Dilhan, said, “Modern procurement isn't just about pricing; it's about purpose.” That purpose came through in many of the discussions we had. Tools like VR, interactive models, and environmental simulations are helping bridge the gap between public ambition and public trust. They enable local authorities and housing providers to show what’s coming, invite feedback, and reduce risk. It’s about building smarter, together!
