Inspiring the Next Generation at the RLSP Careers Event - Ysgol Bae Baglan

On Friday, 26th September 2025, Dynamic X had the pleasure of taking part in the RLSP (Regional Learning & Skills Partnership – South West Wales) Careers Event at Ysgol Bae Baglan, held in the Michael Sheen Theatre.

As a proud member of the RLSP, we were delighted to join a wide range of employers and education partners who came together to highlight the diverse and exciting career opportunities available to young people in Wales. The event welcomed more than 150 Year 10 students, each eager to learn about the latest innovations shaping our industries and the future world of work.

The purpose of the event was to bridge the gap between education and industry, helping students understand how businesses are using technology, creativity, and sustainability to solve real-world challenges. It provided a platform for open conversation, practical demonstrations, and inspiration around future career paths.

At Dynamic X, much of our work focuses on construction companies, developers, and advanced industries, where we create visualisation solutions that support design, planning, safety, and stakeholder engagement. From 3D models and CGI imagery to virtual and mixed reality, we help clients communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

However, our purpose goes well beyond business. We believe it is our responsibility to inspire the next generation, to show young people how technology can open new doors and create opportunities to solve real challenges in the built environment and beyond.

During the event, our team gave students a hands-on introduction to how 3D visualisation, virtual reality, and interactive digital storytelling can make a real impact across industries such as construction, engineering, and manufacturing. Students were excited to experience our tools first-hand and see how digital innovation is transforming the way projects are designed and delivered.

For us, seeing their curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn was incredibly rewarding. Events like these are a reminder of why collaboration between education and industry matters, not only to prepare young people for their careers, but to spark imagination, build confidence, and encourage them to explore new possibilities.

We believe that every engagement, no matter how small, helps young people take one step closer to understanding where their talents can grow.

A huge thank you to the RLSP team and Ysgol Bae Baglan for organising such a well-planned and engaging event. We are proud to continue supporting the RLSP career programme and remain committed to working with schools, educators, and regional partners to help shape the skills and ambitions of Wales’ future workforce.
