DynamicX Plus Strategic Expansion: Navigating the Canadian Market

DynamicX Plus has officially marked a significant milestone in our international journey with a successful "Soft Landing" in Canada. Our team, represented by Shreya Gupta, recently concluded a strategic tour of Canada’s primary economic hubs, Toronto and Montreal, to solidify our presence and build meaningful connections within the North American business ecosystem.
Strengthening Ties in Toronto
The tour began in Toronto, where we attended an in-market briefing at the Ontario Investment and Trade Centre. This visit was instrumental in gaining deep insights into the support available from the Canadian government for international companies.
Key Highlights from Toronto:
Sector Focus: Discussions centered on the construction, manufacturing, and development sectors, where the potential for digital visualisation and impactful collaboration is immense.
Valuable Connections: We had the privilege of engaging with industry experts such as Courtney Bowen and Helen Stumcke, alongside fellow Welsh businesses.
Strategic Support: A special thanks to Richard Harris and Claire Parfitt for their ongoing guidance throughout the Toronto leg of the journey.
Expanding the Footprint in Montreal
The journey continued to Montreal, a city known for its vibrant innovation and diverse economy. Our activities focused on understanding the unique practical challenges and opportunities within the Quebec market.
Key Highlights from Montreal:
St David’s Day Networking: Shreya attended the St David’s Day Business Networking Reception, a key event for fostering relationships between Welsh and Canadian entities.
Industry Insight: We held productive discussions with Silviu Lugojan M.Sc and Quentin WILLIG, gaining real-world perspectives on expanding digital visualisation services for the construction and advanced engineering sectors.
A Learning Experience: As a graduate early in her career, Shreya highlighted the power of being in rooms filled with CEOs and department heads, noting that being "the least experienced person in the room is where the learning happens".
Bridging the UK and Canada
This expansion represents more than just a geographic move; it is a bridge between our established roots in London and Cardiff and the burgeoning opportunities in North America. By establishing a "Soft Landing" in both Toronto and Montreal, DynamicX Plus is now better positioned to serve our partners and clients across the Atlantic.
"Toronto and Montreal have proven to be exciting, opportunity-rich markets. The potential for impactful collaboration in construction and manufacturing is clear." - Shreya Gupta, Strategic Outreach & Market Development Officer.
