Resumen

The client commissioned Dynamic X Plus to produce a comprehensive visualisation package for a boutique residential project consisting of 24 individual villas, situated in a remote and ecologically sensitive hill-country site near the Hakgala Strict Nature Reserve in Sri Lanka. From the outset, the brief stressed two non-negotiables: Environmental accuracy – including flora, terrain, weather, and atmospheric conditions. Community and ecological sensitivity – visuals were to reassure stakeholders that the development would harmonise with the natural environment with minimal disruption.

Terrain Modelling

Based on drone and photogrammetry data, withclose attention to micro-topography and plant clustering patterns.

Atmospheric Simulation

Custom simulations of fog, wind direction, rainfall, and cloud cover using advanced particle systems.

Sound Integration:

Field recordings of ambient mountain audio, birdsong, and wind were embedded into the final video.

Environment-Focused Narrative:

A script and cinematic storyboard were developed to show harmony between the villas and their natural setting, incorporating wildlife-friendly lighting and unobtrusive landscaping.
