1. Introduction

2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All employees, directors, and officers of Dynamic X Plus Limited
- All third parties acting on behalf of the company, including subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and agents
3. Policy Statement
Dynamic X Plus Limited prohibits:
- Offering, promising, giving, requesting, or receiving bribes or any improper financial or other advantage
- Engaging in any form of corruption, whether directly or through third parties
- Making facilitation payments or unofficial payments to secure or speed up routine actions
- Offering or accepting gifts, hospitality, or entertainment intended to improperly influence a decision
We are committed to upholding all relevant laws, including the Bribery Act 2010.
4. Gifts and Hospitality
We recognise that occasional and proportionate gifts and hospitality may be part of normal business practice. However, such offers must:
- Be of modest value
- Not be given or received to influence a business decision
- Be reported and recorded transparently
5. Responsibilities
- The Directors of Dynamic X Plus Limited are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy.
- All employees are required to read, understand, and comply with the policy.
- Any suspected breach must be reported immediately to a senior manager or director.
6. Training and Communication
This policy is shared with all staff and included in our onboarding process. Awareness and understanding of anti-bribery practices are reinforced as part of our company culture and operations.
7. Monitoring and Review
This policy is reviewed annually or as required by changes in law or business operations. Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal or contract termination.
