Health and Safety Policy
1. Statement of Intent
Dynamic X Plus Ltd is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, subcontractors, clients, and visitors. We recognise our legal and moral responsibility to comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all relevant UK and Wales legislation. Our goal is to prevent accidents, injuries, and work-related ill health by implementing best practices in health and safety management.
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure continued compliance with legislative requirements and best practices.
2. Responsibilities
2.1 Company Directors
- Provide leadership and ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation.
- Allocate necessary resources to maintain health and safety standards.
- Review and update the policy as needed.
2.2 Employees
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others.
- Follow health and safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.
- Use equipment and PPE correctly as required.
2.3 Subcontractors and Visitors
- Adhere to Dynamic X Plus Ltd's health and safety procedures.
- Report any hazards or incidents to the company’s designated health and safety officer.
3. Risk Assessment and Management
We conduct regular risk assessments in line with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 to identify, eliminate, or control risks. Key risk areas include:
- Workplace hazards: Ensuring all office and site environments are safe and free from hazards.
- Use of Equipment: Proper handling of hardware, VR tools, and software platforms.
- Fire Safety: Compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
- Manual Handling: Adhering to The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.
4. Safe Working Practices
- Provide adequate training and supervision to employees.
- Ensure all workspaces are kept clean and organised.
- Implement procedures for emergency situations, including fire evacuation plans.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits to ensure compliance.
5. Health and Wellbeing

6. Accident Reporting and Investigation
- All accidents, incidents, and near misses must be reported to the designated health and safety officer.
- Investigations will be conducted, and appropriate corrective actions will be taken.
- Records will be maintained in accordance with The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR).
7. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Where required, PPE will be provided, and employees must use it as directed in accordance with The Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992.
8. Training and Development
- Induction training for new staff.
- Ongoing training on risk awareness and safety procedures.
- Specific training for working with VR and interactive simulation tools.
9. Review and Monitoring
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required due to legal changes or incidents. Dynamic X Plus Ltd will continuously monitor health and safety performance and make improvements where necessary.
