Seasons 8 was a high-profile residential development requiring fast-tracked visual marketing content ahead of its official launch. The client engaged Dynamic X Plus under a tight 20-day timeline to produce a complete visualisation package, including 20 CGI stills and a cinematic marketing video. Dynamic X Plus delivered the entire scope within the accelerated production window, enabling the client to meet their scheduled launch milestone. From the outset, this project presented unique technical challenges. With only 20 days to deliver all final materials, the production schedule was compressed across design finalisation, asset development, and rendering. Immediately following contract award, we conducted a project kick-off meeting with the client, followed by several detailed technical sessions with the architectural design firm to confirm approved drawings, finishes, and key spatial features.

To meet the requirement for a human presence in the cinematic video, we developed a hybrid workflow.

A dedicated AI team was tasked with creating and integrating a digitally generated female character using multiple AI-based generative tools.

Field recordings of ambient mountain audio, birdsong, and wind were embedded into the final video.

This was supported by our core CGI team, who focused on creating all architectural and interior environments using our established 3D visualisation pipeline.
